    Atlantis is a world where the extraordinary happens daily. From the depths of its aquariums to the height of its towers, we redefined what it means to work where spectacle never sleeps. The result? A bold, cinematic employer brand film that celebrates the people behind the iconic brand.

    From dream destination to aspirational workplace.

    Our challenge was to position this iconic destination as a stage for ambition, creativity, and belonging. Through film and photography, we captured the scale, pride, and spirit that define life at Atlantis.

    From aerial resort shots to underwater sequences inside the aquariums, we captured Atlantis life from every angle. Meticulous art direction, bold editing, and cinematic grading brought the world to life as the ultimate career destination for extraordinary talent.

    Seeing the Atlantis from a perspective you never expected

    Atlantis is a world built on spectacle, but it’s the people who make the magic happen. Our goal was to celebrate those who bring the extraordinary to life every day, reframing Atlantis as not just a place to visit, but a place to build a legacy.

    We began by immersing ourselves in the brand’s culture across its three iconic destinations: Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, and Atlantis Aquaventure. Each location has its own rhythm, aesthetic, and energy.

    The film was designed to move fluidly between the monumental and the intimate.

    Using wide-angle cinematography, we magnified Atlantis’s grand scale while keeping focus on the human touch that powers it all.

    To achieve this, our production team went above and beyond. Quite literally. Our cinematographer trained for a scuba licence to film inside the aquarium tanks, capturing rare underwater perspectives of Atlantis life. We employed a blend of aerial drone work, steady cam sequences, and macro detail shots to create a visual rhythm that mirrored the brand’s pulse: bold, ambitious, and alive.

    Post-production was treated with the same precision. Colour grading and sound design enhanced the sense of scale and spectacle, while our editing style wove together a seamless story of belonging and pride. 

    The final film and photography suite became a celebration of the people who make Atlantis the extraordinary place it is.
