Through cinematic storytelling, photography, and sound design, we captured the pride, passion, and artistry of One&Only colleagues across the world. The result is an immersive film and photography suite that celebrates the individuals behind the service.



A one-of-a-kind people experience
One&Only wanted to tell the story of the people behind their legendary resorts. From the Maldives to Dubai, every detail, gesture, texture, and expression, showcases the artistry, pride, and dedication that define the brand.

Our mission was to reveal the people who make One&Only extraordinary.
Employees often joined for the glamorous locations, but their passion and pride were the true story. We began with interviews and focus groups, uncovering shared values: dedication, artistry, and connection.
Over one week, our crew filmed 20 employees across two global resorts: One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives and One Za’abeel in Dubai. Every scene was meticulously storyboarded to capture both calm and craft across multiple teams, while minimising disruption to guests.
Slow pans, macro lenses, natural light, and deliberate framing ensured each frame could stand alone as a photograph. Colour grading added depth and warmth, enhancing the mood of every moment.
Portrait-style close-ups, name tags, and authentic details highlighted individuality and care, while a custom soundscape layered footsteps, ocean resonance, birdsong, and ceremonial tones, creating a fully sensory experience.



It positions One&Only as an aspirational, challenger brand in ultra-luxury hospitality while capturing the legacy that colleagues leave behind, ensuring their contribution endures and inspires future teams.
