Development and connection for future finance leaders
Microsoft’s Finance Rotation Program (FRP) has been developing the next generation of finance leaders for over 20 years, however they’d never quite found an external agency with the right cultural fit and wow factor to embed into their annual leadership retreat… until they met Wiser.
Using the themes of ‘Executive Presence’ and ‘Cohort Connection’, we identified a range of Wiser Way workshops that would empower the graduates to take charge of their careers and build vital peer relationships in the process.
Microsoft and Wiser’s pilot programme was a resounding success, with the finance graduates leaving feeling inspired, connected and with a host of new information and skills at their fingertips.
