About the Creative x Commercial Graduate Programme
This isn’t your typical entry-level gig. You’ll be given real-world exposure like no other — making commercial decisions, solving client problems and giving your creative guidance to our wider teams. With your manager's support, you’ll be important, you’ll be trusted, and you’ll be good — quickly.

Programme Structure
Year 1 — Creative Delivery (Months 1-12)
During your first year, you will immerse yourself in Wiser’s creative teams and learn the ins and outs of creative project management. You’ll work closely alongside the following teams:
- Research & Strategy: Support in creating EVPs & strategies that resonate with target audiences and communicate employer brands effectively. Understand the ‘Why’ behind some of the world's best and brightest brands.
- Design: Gain hands-on experience working with our design team, learning how we visually bring employer brands to life.
- Films: Work with the team that captures compelling employer brand stories through video, from Aberdeen to Australia and from Soho Farmhouse to potato fields with McCain.
- Marketing: See first-hand how we bridge the gap between creative vision and business impact, driving campaigns that connect and captivate through social, paid and advocacy.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to understand how we build innovative tools and websites that support our clients’ employer brands.
- Early Talent: Understand and master the core components of what makes us experts in the early careers space: candidate attraction, recruitment and development.
Key Responsibilities in Year 1:
- Manage end-to-end client projects, from brief creation to delivery.
- Liaise directly with top clients as the primary point of contact.
- Support creative teams to ensure project timelines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Master ClickUp, our project management tool, and oversee the smooth running of client accounts.
- Regularly update clients through check-ins and reviews, ensuring creative briefs are clear and objectives are achieved.
Year 2 — Commercial Focus (Months 13-24)
In the second year, you’ll shift your focus to becoming a commercial wiz, developing the skills to drive business growth and contribute to Wiser’s financial success. Within your role on the key accounts team, you'll contribute to account development and learn the art of negotiation and client management.
Key Responsibilities in Year 2:
- Key accounts: Work within a key accounts squad to understand client needs and support in service line expansion.
- Client proposals & pitches: Gain experience crafting proposals and pitching new creative projects, both to current clients and prospective ones.
- Project commercials: From budgeting to forecasting to costing up our creative services, you'll be responsible for driving the financial success of a project.
- Client relationship management: Develop your ability to build and nurture client relationships. Be the first port of call for their queries and feedback.
- Spot routes for cross-selling: Use your knowledge of our service lines to identify opportunities to cross & upsell, grow your accounts and help Wiser hit our ambitious financial targets
What happens afterwards?
Our best project managers have grown into account directors, client directors, product managers, video producers and client strategists. Once you've nailed these two years, you'll have built the skillset to thrive in a creative agency. The sky's the limit, and we’ll help you reach it.
