Great journeys start at Trainline. Our European research highlighted that this is a company that will be Taking You Places - a narrative framework that connects their 900+ people. Introducing TrainFest, an 'ignore the ordinary' celebration of Trainline's 25 years, and an opportunity to launch their employer brand with the people that shaped it.
Through kinetic typography and motion graphic animation we created an immersive experience that brought Trainliners’ voices to the front and centre. Bold and energetic - Trainline is a truly European company that moves with Momentum (Momento, Impulso, Elan) - we celebrated their cultural nuance and shared experience. To make sure that the feeling continued post-event, we launched Trainline's LifeAt Instagram channel with a custom filter and social takeover. Whether you were a new Trainliner, soon to be Trainliner or a bleed mint-green Trainliner, TrainFest showed that Trainline is a company that will take you places.
