Taking an employer brand to new heights.

Objectives

When most people think of lastminute.com, they think of a travel agency. And yet lastminute.com is a growing tech company with a vibrant culture and inspiring leadership. Its previous employer brand did nothing to tell this story or bring its people together across the different locations and as a result, certain offices felt disconnected and both prospective and current talent were unclear about opportunities at lastminute.com.

Celebrating flamingos, not peacocks.

Solution

Our international research exercise made it clear that the people of lastminute.com are more than colleagues – they’re family. It’s a place full of passionate people who appreciate the opportunities that working for lastminute.com can bring, where its people have a life alongside, rather than outside, their work. lastminute.com is bold and colourful, and our creative work needed to showcase this. We developed a campaign that focused on lastminute.com’s international family, using its people as its best feature and putting a human touch to every element of our work – right down to following its CEO across Europe on a road trip.
