Our breadth of sector knowledge is matched by our understanding of early careers audiences. Our network of student ambassadors spans 60+ universities, 90+ subjects, and 400+ societies, and we work hard to ensure opportunities are accessed by those from diverse backgrounds. Alongside representing our clients on campus, our Academy feed back on trends and insights of how brands can best engage with Gen Z and Millennial talent.
The Academy's role is to headhunt talented students from across their university and introduce them to the opportunities offered by Wiser’s clients.
Our ambassadors give invaluable insight and support when planning talent attraction events, and help us facilitate them in an 'ignore the ordinary' way.
We train our ambassadors on personal branding and equip them with assets designed by our award-winning in-house creative team. They make the most of their extensive networks, promoting our clients on social media and via word-of-mouth.
Our students give honest, unbiased opinions on a variety of different topics as a part of Wiser's perception research and consultancy work.
